I hate the fact that if the order is for two 3-packs of the 14lb jug; i get shorted when you ship two 2- packs of the 20lb jug. Please refund 1/2 my money.

Litter tracks everywhere. I love other formulations of tidy cats but this one is just a huge miss.

There is no glade scent in it and it just smells like the stereotypical cat litter smell. This stuff is disgusting after the cats go.

Your change litterly stinks. Their senses were completely violated. The scentless kind is a much more pleasant experience.

The urine goes straight to the bottom and pools there making a pancake. Then it sticks to the scooper and gets hard. The clumping variety is literally no different than non-clumping. Doesn't clump, urine odor, and very dusty.
