So I JUST became a Tide girl THIS month shockingly bc I am a laundry loving junkie (the rare type who actually ENJOYS it.) So anyway- I have all white bedding and linens mostly and needed a detergent specifically for whites *note this also works on colors* I went back to my drawing board (AKA laptop) to research the best products. I didn't want to use chlorine bleach since it could slowly eat away at the fibers and since I am a laundry product junkie I figured having a laundry additive wasn't for me. I needed the best of the best, in cold or hot water, seperate laundry detergent to brighten my whites. I came across this product! The reviews totally got me. Especially Good House Keeping giving it 4.5 STARS which is unheard of & saying, I quote, Tide's Ultra Plus Bleach Powder was one of the best stain removers of all the detergents in our test... note this is the POWDER that has amazing reviews from top companies, the liquid version is mostly really poor reviews. Anyway to sum it up this detergent is amazing. I haven't personally used it on colors yet so I can't comment on that but it CAN be used on both. My whites are gleaming with brightness. Any tiny of grey, dinginess, yellow- gone! Bye bye chlorine bleach & oxygen bleach additives I no longer need you!! BEST DETERGENT OUT THERE.  Read Less
