Still has good stretch, but i feel like the old material moved a bit better. Only small issue is it's less stretchy, so it was a tighter fit, but still the same size as the original.
This shirt can be adjusted to mimic snuggling your pup. The large works perfectly, we just have to be specific to wrap it a little tighter around her skinny belly and looser around her large chest.
Vivian is happier now, although we haven't had any really bad storms yet. She even goes outside to pee during thunder episodes which is incredible. It keeps her calm and during a storm and is able to nod off.

However because of all the velcro strips that are on the thundershirt it does allow me to snug up this shirt for him

She does not need a calming bed nor does she need a thundershirt
Sure wasn’t the case before his thundershirt
She still shakes when she hears thunder and lightning but not as bad as it was before we tried a thundershirt
But that doesnt mean it cant work for another furbaby
