These work best for larger books because turning pages quickly as i do in small paperbacks since i read so fast makes this almost not worth it

They become a little more frustrating to use with thicker paperback books but not to the point of being useless

I think the dilemma with the thicker paperback books is that while holding them with one hand the thumb position tends to be slanted slightly

This worked well for a medium sized paperback under 1000 pages but when i tried it with a 1600 page book it didnt work quite as well
