The arms are made to swing down when not in use however the provided bolt and nut mean you need tools any time you want to switch

I wish it had a 2nd hole the larger of the 2 on my hitch because i have a locking hitch pin but there is nowhere to put it

This rack only comes with a half size screw to hold on the rack i guess this has been plenty strong but seems weird how short they made the screw
