Pros & Cons
Pros
These are definitely louder than oem but not as loud as chambered mufflers or glasspacks. They provide a nice, low grumble even for my little 4. Liter samurai. It has a nice low, subtle rumble at idle and on the highway.
Slapped this on my 1996 ford windstar with the 3. L v6 engine today to replace the crumbling stock muffler. Each exhaust pulse is like a whoosh rather than a crack.
Added a nice deep and rumbling tone to my monte carlo. Smooth mellow tone. When accelerating, it sound so deep and smooth.
