Pros
Pillow cushion is a perfect balance of firm and soft. Medium firmness. Nice, fluffy and cushy.
The 26”x26” fit nicely in a 24’x24” pillow case. Perfect fit for a custom pillow cover. I purchased the 22 inch size for my 19 inch pillow covers and they fit beautifully.
Cons

These pillows are quite thin and do not fill out a 22 inch pillow cover very well. The dimensions are not 12x20. The length which is supposed to be 20” is barely 16”. These ones (24x24) are very thin for the price, even after giving them days to expan... Read More

Packaging/appearance
The pillow itself is pretty good plump and the right firmness right out of the bag
I was a bit worried when i saw the packaging but the pillows really fluffed up when removed from the vacuum seal
Competitiveness
These inserts 18x18 were a perfect fit for a 16x16 pillowcase
I also ordered a 4pack of another brand and i wish i had just ordered multiples of these

They are ok lumbar support but if you are looking for really firm support try ordering a much bigger size than your actual outer pillow case

Note that when you receive the pillows they are rolled and vacuum packed and look like one big pillow
