I’ve been taking this brand for about a year now it’s the only magnesium i’ve found that doesn’t upset my stomach

Food is largely depleted of magnesium due to top soil being depleted

As advised by my naturopathic doctor because all is made by pure natural ingredients and not synthetic

Otherwise it’s good value for the money

The price is great that’s one thing i love about this product issue is i have to take 24 pills a day to actually feel the difference

Amazon provided a good price and fast delivery next day

Although there are other brands on the market i find that i need to double the amt to get the same benefit as with the thorne product

34 however mg oxide causes diarrhea which is why i prefer thornes magnesium which is mg citramate
