Pros
These have no smell and are easy to *. The iron is easy to digest with only a small snack required. Great ingredients in biological forms.
The website says they do have a version with choline but it's not available for sale in canada. The instructions are to take 1 capsule twice a day.
Cons
Felt constantly sick, like living under a haze. High vitamin b content, which tends to cause headaches. Product ingredients in the advertisement photo is incorrect. Choline is a bit low and iron is a little high.

Great quality supplement i noticed a big difference using this vs conventional prenatals
My wife hates its taste and says its too big to swallow but at least the folate is not synthetic
There seems to be a lot of confusion on the dosage with people claiming to have fake products due to it stating 23x per day

I find this one to be overall good multivitamin sort of expensive for a months worth if you take 2 a day as recommended

I talked to amazon customer service and they did their best to prioritize the shipment and delivery of my prenatal vitamins
Other than this one time delivery issue all other deliveries have been fast and smooth with no issues at all
Competitiveness
They told me canada has different guidelines than the us and the bottles are different for all above saying these are counterfeit
