It worked and i changed out the battery for a 14500 to see how bright it was on high setting

It works fine and is of good quality but the design does not provide deep carry so about 34 inch of the light sticks out of the pocket

If the pocket has a flap such as cargo shorts do this causes the flap to stick up

You get 300 lumens on a 14500 and maybe 120150 on a aa eneloop aa battery
