Pros
Easy to fit, fits back nice and flush to the alcove. Comes with a card replicating where the screw holes are, makes marking drill locations easy and precise.
Cons
Remote only works when close (2m or so away), defeats the object of paying the hefty premium of having it remotely controlled if you have to get out of bed and go up to it to get it to work!

A few things to remember electronically move it to its open position before installing to avoid strain on the motor
