The lemon flavor could be more intense but again for the cost and quality i still give it 5 stars
For the cost this protein bar is excellent
You can spend a lot more for the same quality
Packaging/appearance
To my surprise they came with an ice pack and insulating packaging wich was cool
This left the bars hard and slightly stale since the wrappers werent fully sealed

I eat these bars daily for years and have them on automatic shipment but this month all 4 boxes came totally rotten

They say sometimes amazon gets them from other places which could have caused a delay in shipping and the bars may have been in the sun too long etc

I wanted a mix of proteins because whey protein alone causes an insulin spike and digests too quickly leaving me hungry in an hour
