Pros
The tool communicates well with all the different systems. It performs bi-directional tests if your vehicle has the option built into its ecm. It's a little slow connecting to the vehicle.
The app works but a bit clunky and needs some user interface fixes to make navigating the app easier. The i/m readiness of the al319 works great. If this tool delivers on everything they promise, it is a game changer for sure.

Cons
This requires $40+ for each car make and then it requires additional money +60$ or more for each service. There are plenty of other tools out there that cost more up front but do not require annual software purchases. Don't waste your money.
Tech support is virtually non-existent. It's difficult to navigate. Won't sync up with my truck. Worst robot answering system.

Yes it cost 40 for different software but its worth it
This little box is the best scanner and for the price you cant beat it
Nope didn’t take and it still cost him 350 bucks
Going to a dealer for just a scan could cost you 100 each time
Packaging/appearance
Have an airbag light that needs cleared on the same make car so hopefully it takes care of that nuisance light on the dashboard
I talk to tech support and they said they would look into the problem

Got it for a decent fill in tool until my “brand name” scanner comes in and truthfully this does more in depth tests and bidirectional functions than i thought

I looked for a lot of professional parts that examine the car and all of them were at a very high price because they cover most of the car and i do not need it
