Pros

This is quite breathable. He loves that this arm sling has a cuff to support his hand.

Sling is very durable and comfortable. It is adjustable. The padding is comfortable.

Cons

The velcro used is substandard and failed within 2 days. The strap the velcro fastens into is trash. This is like an obviously huge dealbreaker for slings.

Sling that doesn't stay slung is rather useless. Gravity is no friend to a paralyzed arm. Sling only comes almost 3 above the wrist.
