Ordered size large for my 19 thigh. Measured my thighs at 20 inches. My legs are kinda skinny and the xl fit perfect. Do go by the size chart.

Good healing. Worthy product. Good value. Product delivers as intended.

Fabric is strong, soft, not flimsy and stays in place all day. Fits secure and stayed in place so far. Is not bulky and fits under clothing nicely. Iced, iced and iced.

Don't love these. They irritate my skin. The material is very thick. If you want something lighter buy elsewhere. This is not adjustable and just doesn't work for me.
