Pros

Iced, iced and iced. Measurements help with correct sizing. The xl fits well now so if you thighs are larger size up.

Good healing. Worthy product. Good value. Product delivers as intended.

Cons

They are really tight at the top and flapping open at the bottom. They irritate my skin, and are too short to cover my entire hamstring. This is not adjustable and just doesn't work for me.
