Pros
I make a few loaves a week and this has reduced the mess and fallout by 75%. Look forward to trying out and durability from cutting, shaping to cooking. I use it for pastry and fondant icing and it is brilliant.
Cons
Pointless in my opinion. Every time i use it to make bread, the dough sticks on the mat.

It is quite difficult to clean due to its size as it doesn’t easily fit into the sink abs so gets folded making it difficult to clean

I keep it rolled up quite tightly but it lies absolutely flat when unrolled because it’s a very thick heavy mat

Making samosas which requires rolling out quite a few dough discs which have to be the same size so has to pile them to get exact size and then sticking them together
