It works wonders on neck and back kinks. I use it as a warm up massage before yoga for tight it bands and calves. This helps relieve the tightness.
It’s like a massage. Better than anything else on the market in my humble opinion. I just wish it wasn't so pricey.
The stick can provide immediate relief from soreness or loosen muscle groups. Much better than a foam roller because you can actually control how much pressure you use.
