Pros

Well-built, it feels like you could drop it on a concrete patio with no damage. Very good meat thermometer and super easy to use.

Thermometer performed like a champ. One probe for the cooker temperature and one for the meat. Alarm sounds when the meat reaches your desired temp.

Cons

One of the prongs still has an accurate temp, but the other is unusable. If you want to just use it as a thermometer and not an alarm device, you need to set a temp higher than you're expecting.

Not usually a huge deal to have to go turn it back on but if it would stay on until i turn it off that would be ideal
