I needed something that would work and can depend on if the military use thermarest then i knew it would hold up

Using a kelty cosmic 20 synthetic sleeping bag and several layers of polyester next to me i stayed mostly warm the entire night my feet were a bit cold but i think that was from heat loss up not losing heat to the ground

The ground sucks heat from you if you dont insulate from the ground
