Pros
Rubber coating and low rpm keeps them silent. It’s not too noisy. I have 10 of these in a lian li 011 dynamic xl.
Easy to install, i really like that it connects to a usb 2 header instead of having to go through the rgb header. The reason for 3 tt-controllers is that one controls the riing 360 sr4 cpu cooler. Long cables too.
Software is a bit balky, but has been updated twice. Thermaltake software is enough customization for now until motherboard prices go down.
Rgb leda are customizable with thermaltakes own software. Can adjust colors via software on the desktop or app. I have it synced to razer chroma.

Having an absolute terrible time installing these and tt customer service is awful. Techs are customer service aee clueless with vague answers.

The quality was better than i expected and the operation was excellent
The brand spells quality these things are nice and quiet and beautiful the boot
Overall i’m happy with my purchase and i would recommend it along with the other software
It has awesome features and with the fact you can pair with razer now some issues have been alleviated

Controller not compatible with older fan models
I have a thermaltake case so i had no fitment issues at all
I knocked off a star for the ridiculous 3ft cable on each fan

If you connect two or more ttcontrollers in series using the provided usb cables the software works fine for 30 min to 1 hour and then become unable to display the current fan speed and allow the user to change rgb pattern on the fans connected to all ttcontrollers except for the ttcontroller that is most distant from the usb connector on the motherboard

It looks that the problem is rather with the software not with the hardware of the ttcontrollers

For advanced users you can actually removed the proprietary plug and replaced with separate pwm fan header and rgb header

Wiring was a bit confusing but ill blame that on my lack of pc customizing knowledge though the wording could be slightly better

Fans worked as described once i got them in and the software wasnt too bad to understand once you got the hang of it

Theres just a few things about the software that are annoying one being a major downside if you are purchasing these so you can sync with razer chrome connect
