Pros

The case has 6 case fans running all the time - wired straight to my psu. Motherboard sits horizontally so no gpu sag. Cpu cooler and psu are deep cool and nvme and ram are sp.

The backside has a lot of space for cable management. Cable management is a little tight on the back panel but doable. But all can be mitigated, with alot of effort if after the result.

The thermaltake level 20 vt tempered glass is very well designed. It feels like you're bowling balls in the thing because of all the the tempered glass. The glass side panels are lockable, hinged, and held in place by very strong magnets.

The finished product is practically a work of art. Fit and finish are great. On the whole it looks awesome completed.

Cons

Fan speed can't be controlled. Pci brackets are not 90 degrees to the motherboard tray. When i tighten down my sound card pci bracket, it lifts it out of its slot on the motherboard. Proprietary controller and plugs make this impossible to get working... Read More

The replacement is clearly a repaired piece not a new one. It crashes, does not recognize devices and refuses to start. Get a mesh or something.

For every building out there and this unit to your inventory when seeing it go on sale and the shipping is free

So full disclosure the first of massive cases that i purchased arrived destroyed in shipping

Packaging/appearance

It feels like youre bowling balls in the thing because of all the the tempered glass

Bought multiple components for a computer build for our son and multiple items did not come with any sort of protective packaging
