Thermal grizzly kryonaut is a great paste, excellent price to performance. I have a evga ftw3 3090 with an ek waterblock, and a 7600x waterblocked aswell, both used regular kryonaut.

I think the thermal grizzly intel contact frame actually did more to lower temps than this paste but between the two got my temps down about 5 degrees at idle and my i9 13900k stayed cool at full throttle temps never get over 8283

Tempatures are good but not exceptional what you trade for worse temps is stability at extreme temps and long term performance

Fan now runs slower and the cpu usually runs about 10 degrees f cooler than before

Just be sure to still connect a heat sink as this will not cool anything its only used for thermal transmission from a heat producing source to a cooler
