Pros & Cons
Pros
Thermal grizzly is the best. Now my alienware idles at 45* peak temp 80* playing ultra settings in games such as battlefield @ 60 fps. These temps are reflected in real life situations like gaming( god of war, fh5) and on synthetic loads like aida64.

Very risky to apply on processor in laptop very very careful and take very much low amount of liquid metal thermal paste see utube vdos for refference i strongly recommend this for laptop with sperate graphics card and over heating laptop not worth the risk and price for integrated graphics processor laptop u can go for performance series in non conducting type thermal paste only
