Love it although one of them leaked 😞 and not sure how to get it in its normal state i checked the website and no information after using the reusable ice packs a few times camping here is what ive found

Watch out for spills milk blood etc will absorb into the thermafreeze just as the water does and you cannot get it out ive tried letting them dry and refilling however it now looks as if a mold of sort is forming within the cells mine have been tossed
