My son loves it asks for it every night to be read as one of his bedtime stories and after first read he started singing unprompted twinkle twinkle little star to the bump and then kissed it

My little girl really likes this book and can relate to it although later on in day said mummy it’s not a house in your tummy the book was being silly she’s in a bath full of water under your food tummy in another tummy
