Pros
This product is perfect for at home workouts. It help me to do some workout that physio told us to do. It helps to strengthen the muscles and tendons of my elbows as per the instructions of my physiotherapist. They seem to work fine.
All 3 bands are very durable. The possibilities feel endless on the uses of the bands. The higher resistance band is so strong that i am considering dropping down to medium weight. This is a bonus for me as i keep breaking competitors' band.
Cons
Even the light one is far heavier than the heaviest theraband. They keep rolling into a ball and makes you stop your workout every 2-3leg up.

Weve had them for a bit now and they seem to last although we dont use them crazy often
