I highly reccomended that you take the shoulder measurements as described and order the pillow that matches your measurements regardless of the name of the size

I was worried about buying this because it looks very different then some of the other contoured cervical pillows but in person it looks nothing like the photos and more similar to other ones you may see on amazon
