This is the second one i got the first one was defective as the heating element was in the handle

It really puts a buzz on with vibrations in the sonic range but for my hand i wanted was ultrasonic device

However it really only goes for about 4 hours on battery time and then dies out total and then you need to switch out the batteries and that can get kind of expensive
