As a marathon runner, i'm always on the lookout for ice packs that stay in place and don't move around on me. These are great for icing an injury. I am about to use this on my ankle and no one know i am icing my ankle while at work.

Love the item. Would recommend. Worked great after * surgery.

This system is actually a hot or cold compress. The pouch is filled with lots of bb-sized liquid filled balls. I feel like it's my personal outdoor air conditioner.

Keep it in freezer to ice after sports & can throw in microwave to warm up before sports. No more trying to keep the ice put with a bungie cord or clothes pins.

The bag loses its cool within a good 5 minutes, and even then, it's not even that cold. The sweat from the ice pack makes it slippery. The flexibility of the beads is great but the strap causes the tears.

Don't even think about buying this pathetic excuse for a product. Piece of junk. Very disappointing especially with the price.
