The velcro holds it in place as you walk. It stays flexible when frozen. I use this product after those hard days at the gym.

It stays cold longer than anything i have used in the past and it is flexible enough to form around the area that needs relief

Freezes in a couple of hours stays cold for 23 hrs able to place it on any large part of my body back shoulders legs etc

After over a year of constant use it has finally developed a hole where i would fold it sometimes and now i must get a replacement

The new ones function the same but are obviously a lot sturdier and look to have fixed all the weak spots

Price

I would say it was money very well spent and one of the very best gifts i have ever received
