Pros

This one really lives up to the hype. Working perfect for my purposes and reasonably priced. These are great. Oh and to boot.

They are flexible, even right out of the freezer. Everyone has different tolerance levels and different areas that need to be iced. They are cold but soft and pliable so easy to mold.

One side (the blue) gives a medium coolness to your back and is comfortable to lay on. Prior to leaking it was a very effective design in terms of its size and ability to retain the cold.

Cons

Is it time for product recall and reorganization in their quality control department? Thera-med just is not the high quality product it once was.

This one claims not to need a separate cover--but it does, unless you want to be soaked to the skin. It gets super-cold in the freezer and was covered in frost, even though it was stored in the original packaging.

I am very pleased with the quality and durability of theramed products

I like the product its easy to use its large and soft

I pulled a muscle in my back and the physical therapy center i went to applied cold and heat which helped with the pain

Price

The inside gel does begin to leak after awhile but its still the best ice pack for any area of your body and the price is reasonable

Packaging/appearance

I put the cold packs in ziplocs so they don’t pick up freeze smell and the weird shape keeps tearing the bags so i can’t reuse
