I have to give it top rating because it does what it says

She has a hard time with balance now she is too debilitated to stand on this but i make her sit on it and do exercises it really works her core and helps her balance

I bought it for mom so i could do therapy at home with her

It is the same exact one that md anderson therapy department uses
