My athletes pull and stretch the band with force and no matter there size the tubing tension can be adjusted by standing further from the point you have it tied to or cutting pieces shorter

There was an additional 4 feet of product so they are not trying to cheat anyone when buying bulk

However even though silver is rated as super heavy i find that it does not offer enough resistance and wish that theraband would manufacture a gold tubing to match the gold band that they already offer
