Pros

With the proper routine your back, neck and shouldersare getting stronger and stronger.

The bands are excellent for adding just that little bit extra of stretch for loosening up. The best part about using these bands/tubes is, price and storage space.

Cons

The black band was advertised as hard resistance. It feels like a green rating. Very misleading. I'm disappointed in that.
