However i didn’t do as many reps as recommended in a youtube video recommended were 3 sets of 15 reps per day but only 3 sets of 5 reps to start with

I’ve seen a few comments where people claimed this was a marketing trick and that there were no studies to substantiate the company’s claim this worked
