These are the best ankle and wrist weights i have ever purchased. This is well made of durable fabric.
They fit easily and securely on my ankles and my wrists. The band is very adjustable and should fit most people easily. I recommend wearing a slightly thicker sock for more comfort at first.
Fits around my ankles and made my workouts significantly more challenging. They use these in our studio for leg work. To help strengthen his leg and arms.
