Pros
The frame looks great, not flimsy and cheap looking. It’s a really good quality frame, seems durable. And the frame is sturdy metal!
With quality craftsmanship. High quality item. Price point is competitive and good value for the money.
Only complaint is the matte is cream color. Packed securely & shipped well.
This frame is everything that was advertised. The brushed metal makes it look more expensive. The frame is sleek and modern. I was given a vintage aerial photo of my neighborhood.
Cons
Came in with a dented corner and no corner matched up so there were random gaps on all corners. Didn't return it but should have. Arrived broken full of tiny shards. Edges were all chipped and crumbly.

It was more resonantly priced and better quality than anything locally available.

It was wrapped, and then in a box, and then in the shipping box.
Packaging/appearance
The best packaging job ive ever seen.
I ordered 2 frames, and both arrived in 1 box in very tight packaging.
Packaging was excellent, corners protected, ditto glass.

A minor negative is the complete absence of any instructions on disassembly and reassembling.
