Pros
Using this eases my discom6 and clears my eyelids. Optician recommend as i suffer from extreme dry eye. Seems to be doing trick along with warm compresses & eye drops.
Cons
Tried unsuccessfully to complete a return/ replacement request but informed this item cannot be returned. If it was a change in formula then i'd expect everyone to be complaining.
