Pros & Cons
Pros
This e-book is perfect for newbies and intermediate peeps. After reading thinner, leaner, stronger, the next step is to purchase the year one challenge workbook. This is an awesome workbook!
This really works. It's so easy to get sidetracked. The year one challenge for women is the perfect tracker for this program. Paper tracking is fine, but having a year-long fitness journal is even better.
