The narrator of the audio book has an extremely mocking tone.

I feel like i was able to grasp a better understanding and he gave great tools to use on a day go day basis
It provides an enormous amount of skills techniques to help calm begin to change your train of thought as a worrier
This book moves along and has humor and a light touch it is far from being academic and boring
I rarely have panic attacks and they never really escalate like they used to and i’m no longer suicidal even without medication

It is certainly worth the time and expense to get a better handle on your worry
