It's a big hard back book with a sleeve and inside the pages are beautifully illustrated. Gives us a further insight into how george rr martin envisaged the world. The artwork is also stunning.

Cons
The prose is downright awful, and almost unreadable at times. It's like someone copied a 'got' wiki and pasted it between the great artwork then hit the print button. Seems like poor editing more than anything.
