If you are in real estate it covers alot of ground but i find some tacts to be less palatable like where you find and buy property from desperate people and sell it for much more later

Unfortunately more people are not wealth focused and are actually stay out of debt focused or even when they have the luxury of having a windfall of money not having a financial education therefore remaining financially non intelligent and they soon return to their original money situation

The authors rehash many ideas that have been covered in the plethora of books that have already been written on motivation and personal development

And yes that is an obvious route to money but doesnt help you get off the ground in the first place

And thats one of the best things the authors do here they break down this and a lot of other wealthrelated stereotypes and remind you that actually its okay to want to be successful
