Pros

No aches or pains, and no complaints about quality. Love em.

Shoe has a thick durable rubber sole with tread. My left foot hsas neuropathy andfje thin minimalist sole. Use them for kayaking.

Cons

They start fraying/ fabric separating easily. The soles tend to slip even though i only use it for gymwear. Seems the sole was only attached to the shoe with just cheap glue.

Single use, and ruined. Dissappointed that such poor workmanship is sold on amazon.
