This method seems more approachable to intermittent fasting for most. It provides a nice clear layout of an intermittent fasting approach that really works for me.

This is what a pamphlet would look like if my wife wrote it. A bloated book full of repetition and waffle. The book is full of superfluous and extraneous information.
