I had wanted this book for months and i was so pleased
I am amazed by all the wonderful recipes
There are pictures but they are not scattered through the book with the recipes
But i love vegan food and its use of quality ingredients

As a cookbook it is intimidating with all this sprawl and is probably not for rookies

It has a bunch of pictures but not quite enough and again for any kind of beginner its asking a lot to visualize the final outcome

There are about 112 pictures in two inserts so about 20 percent of the recipes have pix and im sure some pictures give a good idea about multiple recipes
