This book is more than mise en place. It is a gem. I appreciate that black ink is used which makes the small font size of the print easier to read.

Maybe i am wrong on that but none seem too terribly challenging
It is not really meal prep though so if you are looking for that you will be disappointed

My only critique is that they are not fast usually double the time indicated in the recipe

Things i don’t love so muchsome weeks are pretty expensive

Its a very interesting concept however if you have dietary issues this book is not going to work for you
