I find it strange some have said it is a trash book or that it is just anecdotes

As far as i can see there was more than just anecdotes
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Anecdotes were given to show examples of how it is used but there were 16 techniques used and shown based on basic 9 skills of reflective listening in different ways to get information
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The book is a relatively light read and has some good examples
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The author provided useful information about what techniques may be used on people with certain observable personality traits but explained these in terms of myersbriggs mbti®
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Perhaps some people may find this a useful framework but i found it annoying as mbti has been largely debunked
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
It would have been a stronger book if hed just stuck to talking about traits and left mbti out of it
