Pros
The book is sectioned by continents or geographic regions. It covers every continent including antarctica. The last section of the book is an overview of 30 major global cities.
This travel atlas is a great coffee table gift for any committed traveler. This book is huge and will inspire wanderlust.
The cartography in this atlas is outstanding. Each page is supplemented with destination (and short and long itinerary recommendations) each regional section begins with descriptions of the major transportation hubs.
Is it perfect? It helps me plan real trips for the future and lets me continue with my armchair traveling. It's also a resource that might inspire someone to actually plan a trip if you've only been an armchair traveler. Arrived in good condition and ... Read More
