For investing advice, avoid it like the plague. The actual value you can withdraw safely in perpetuity is around 3%. Don't finance anything. Heaven forbid you have a mortgage at 4%.

The author is a very lightweight person who lacks humility. The advice he gives is absolutely ludicrous. How this guy parlayed this advice into his own $55 million dollar empire is beyond my comprehension.
